We sell only new items and are available to ship worldwide. We pledge to meet or beat any official advertised price for anything we offer, regardless of the manufacturer.

Racerdirect offers FREE standard ground shipping on most orders over $99.99. Orders under $99.99 will be charged a shipping & handling fee appropriated by size, weight, and destination. Most items ship via FedEx Ground and are delivered in 2-4 days throughout most of the country. Fuel cells will be charged a shipping & handling fee appropriately by size, weight, and destination. Free shipping offer applies to the lower 48 U.S. states only. Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping fees. Oversized items that ship via truck freight may not be eligible for free shipping. If an order is placed for a truck freight item and there are additional shipping costs, a sales representative will contact you after receiving your order with a shipping quote.

Return Policy: All returns will be assessed a $5 processing fee per RMA number. This fee will be deducted from the amount credited to your credit card or PayPal account, plus any applicable restocking charges, typically 15% of purchase price. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns only. A 15% repackaging fee will be deducted for any item* not returned in its original packaging. We may waive this fee on unopened merchandise. There is no restocking fee on exchanges.NOTE: The return/refund of any item purchased with Free Shipping Promotions or Flat Rate Shipping Promotions will effectively void the shipping promotion and will be subject to a restock fee of up to equal value of the original order shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from the credit issued for this return. All items purchased from “The Clearance Section” are considered final sale with no exchanges or returns allowed. Note: Custom-made products such as, but not limited to, custom suits, custom belts, custom window nets, are non-returnable.
